She was predeceased by: her daughter Karen Altman; her grandson Eric Miles; and her siblings, Sidney Eaddy, Jerry Eaddy, Derrell Eaddy, Johnny Eaddy and Charlene Eaddy.
She is survived by: her daughters, Fonda Altman and Brandy Harrington (Charlie); her grandchildren, Asheley McWethy (Scott), Jeremy Miles (Amber), Brad Owens, Heather Chapman (Wayne) and George M. "Boo-Toot" Owens, III; her great grandchildren, Hailey Mason, Jacob, Hillary, Jayden, Adia, Anna Claire, Gracelynn, Jameson and Sadie Mae; and her sisters, Ann Barrineau and Linda Springs (Elwood). She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and great-nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Sunday, May 24th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Morris Funeral Home (416 N Main St, Hemingway, SC 29554). A celebration of life will be held on Monday, May 25th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Midway Baptist Church (265 Baptist Church, Hemingway, SC 29554).
