We are sad to announce that on March 2, 2026, at the age of 78, Lewis Moss of Hickory Grove, South Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Lena Ann Mosher Moss; his parents, Albert Moss and Ola Belle Childers Moss; and his siblings, Bobby Moss, Laura Moss, Martha Moss, Shirley Bridges, Hazel Gilfillan, Geneva Gamble, Rosemary Barron and Rebecca Dover.
He is survived by: his sons, Stephen Dewayne Moss of Sharon, SC, Albert Kenneth Moss (Mickie) of Hickory Grove, SC and Matthew Hayes Moss of Mt. Holly, NC; his siblings, Larry Ben Moss of Sharon, SC and Catherine Bolin of York; and his grandchildren, Christopher Moss, Alex Moss, Cassie Moss Hampton (Isaiah) and Matthew Moss.
Visitation was held on Thursday, March 5th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the New Harvest Church of God (120 Boiling Springs Hwy, Gaffney, SC 29341). A funeral service was held on Friday, March 6th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
