Chris Delk Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Chris Delk of Hilda, South Carolina, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 20, 2025 at the age of 70. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Howell Wilmer Delk and Alice Still Delk; his sister Sybil; his siblings-in-law, Frank Elkins and Mary Ann Delk; and his sibling's children, Jeff Elkins, Cindy Eubanks and Angie Rutland.
He is survived by: his brother Donnie Delk of Bamberg, SC; and his sibling's children, Matthew Delk (Elizabeth) of West Columbia, SC, Kelly Delk (Sara) of Midlothian, VA, Wanda Bobbin (Dale) of Conway, SC, Rose Ryals of Bath, SC and Amy McLellan (Tommy) of Cayce, SC.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 26th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Folk Funeral Home (170 Elko St, Williston, SC 29853-2612). A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 27th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Double Pond Baptist Church (357 Double Pond Rd, Blackville, SC 29817). A burial was held on Saturday, September 27th 2025 at the same location.
