She was predeceased by: her parents, Hargobind Chowdhary and Chandravati Chowdhary; and her husband Surendra Mohan Bahal. She is survived by: her grandchildren, Sean, Evan, Neena O'Mara, Carina and Andrew Davis; and her daughter Neeta O'Mara (Ed). She is also survived by many family members, including two brothers.
