He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew Albert Pitoniak and Helen Kassa Pitoniak; his brother Ted Pitoniak; and his daughter Kathryne. He is survived by: his wife Pam Leffler Pitoniak; his sons, Andrew Pitoniak and Arnold Pitoniak; the mother of his children Pamela Craven; his granddaughter Kaitlin Pitoniak; his brother Bob Pitoniak (Donna); and his daughter-in-law Celia Reyes. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.
