He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilbert Forbes and Eileen Forbes. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Grout; his sons, Daniel, Stephen and David; and his siblings, Tim, Mike, Jim, Bob, John, Patrice Curley, Maureen Forbes-Slayton, Jeanette Howell, Mary Calhoun and Jennifer Forbes-Nicotera.
