He was predeceased by: his father James David White. He is survived by: his wife Mandy (Burke); his children, Eloise, Gwendolyn, Jack and Brooks; his mother Carey Dee White; and his siblings, Jason of Atlanta, GA, Jeremy, Claire and Jared of Ashville, NC. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
