He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Raymond "Pete" Ruhlin and Marie Froehlich Ruhlin. He is survived by: his wife Holly; his children, Welles Ruhlin, Whitney Ruhlin Muldowney (Mark), Lydia Ruhlin Brady (Ryan) and Charlotte Ruhlin; and his grandchild Maeve Muldowney.
