He is survived by: his sisters, Judith Leavitt and Barbara Jacobs; his children, Jeffrey, Timothy Leavitt and Lisa Leavitt; his children-in-law, Karyn Leavitt, Robin Leavitt and Derek Jamison; his stepdaughters, Cheryl Ann LeBlanc (Art LeBlanc) and Nina Jo Santini (Kim Santini); and his grandchildren, Mordecai Leavitt and Theresa Rountree.
