We are sad to announce that, on September 8, 2025, at the age of 99, Arline Levit of Hilton Head, South Carolina, born in Chicago, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

Though Arline has departed this earthly realm, her legacy endures — a legacy of love that will continue to illuminate the lives of family and friends in the darkest of hours. May her spirit soar on wings of eternal peace, forever cherished in the tender embrace of memory.

She was predeceased by: her husband Edward Charles Levit. She is survived by: her children, Karen Romer (David Steinmetz) and Gary Levit (Dean Soupal); and her grandchildren, Tamar Beecher, Elly Clinton, Michah Romer, Tanci Spencer and Chandler Palmer.
