Frances leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing her. Frances’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around her. Though she is no longer with us, the moments shared, the laughter, and the support she offered will continue to resonate. All who knew Frances will carry forward her memory in their hearts.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, William Ricardo Speranza and Olga Margaret Speranza; her husband Kenneth Bomar; and her children, Stephen Alan Bomar and Laura Elizabeth Barker (Bomar). She was also cherished by four grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
