He was predeceased by: his parents, Kathryn Weagly (Wolfinger) and Gordan Weagly. He is survived by: his wife Sandy Weagly; and his stepsons, Michael Hoffman (Debbie) of Dover and Eric Hoffman (Walt Cunningham) of Chicago, Illinois..
