He is survived by: his father William Earl Higgins, Sr. of Hodges; his wife Crystal Gambrell Higgins; his daughter Makenzie Higgins; his siblings, Rev. William Earl Higgins, Jr. (Diane) of Honea Path, Mary Lee Phillips (Terry) of Honea Path, Barbara Ann Butler (Billy) of Hodges and Kimberly Denise Graham (Ronnie) of Hodges; and his grandsons, Landon and Benton Higgins.
