She was predeceased by: her parents, Francis Lamar Cope, Sr. and Sarah McCown; and her husband Charlie. She is survived by: her children, Rhett Sanders, Leslie, Allen Bradley and Gina Sanders; her stepchildren, Bill, Brenda Baumeister, Joanie, Larry Huyear, Diane Laurens, Eric, Pam Hess, Nona Schor and Marc Hess; her grandchildren, Stephen, Madison, Charlie, Sam, Andie, Brian, Ashley, Jason, Lindsay, Katie and Gunter; and her brother Lamar Cope, Jr.. She is also survived by loving in-laws, nephews, and cousins.
A graveside service will be held on Thursday, November 20th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the Oakbrook Memorial Park (3007 US-25, Hodges, SC 29653). A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, November 20th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM.
