She was predeceased by: her parents, Ira D. Avinger and Mona Newton Avinger; and her husband Vincent Seadale. She is survived by: her sons, Carl Dean Mullinax Jr. (Mary Anna) and Brian David Mullinax (Meredith Gibson); her grandchildren, Rachel Baio (Craig), Joshua Mullinax (Bethany Carron) and Delmy Mullinax; her great grandchild Harvey Michael Mullinax; and her siblings, Linda Avinger West and Dee Avinger (Betty).
