She is survived by: her son Michael Smoak (Ranae); her grandchildren, Lauren Kinsey (Walter), Dylan Smoak (Crystal), Karsyn Smoak (Dylan) and Brittany Herndon (Edward); and her siblings, Laura Jones (TM) and Tony Salisbury (Terri). She is also survived by eleven great-grandchildren and her nieces and nephews.
