He was predeceased by : his parents, William P. Patrick and Agnes Scharloock Patrick; his son James Ricky Patrick; and his brothers, Charles Patrick, William Patrick, Jr. and Gerald Patrick.

He is survived by : his wife Nettie Lemacks Patrick; his children, Perry Gene Patrick, Jr. (Jinks) and Bonnie Patrick Banzon (Victor); his grandchildren, Rachel Patrick, Ricky Patrick (Ashley), Danielle Banzon Zachmann (Eddie), Megan Patrick, Kimberlee Patrick and Ashley Patrick Jur (Austin); and his brothers-in-law, LaVern Lemacks, Jimmy McManus and Eddie Lemacks (Debbie). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
