He is survived by: his mother Ann Lillian Seitz Coston of Brunswick, Georgia; his wife Toni Woodcock Rooks; his son David John Rooks (Jessi) of John's Island; his stepson Robin Montgomery (Rene) of Kenai, Alaska; his brothers, Roy Lester Rooks (Paula) of St. Simons Island and Christopher John Rooks of Brunswick, Georgia; his grandchild Wyla Rooks; and his nieces and nephews, Ashley, Rebecca Rooks, Gavin, Michael and Joshua Riley Rooks.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Tim's honor to Wesley Memorial Methodist Church.
