He was predeceased by : his father Michael Claude "Mike" Rasmussen; and his sister Rebecca Lynn Rasmussen. He is survived by : his mother Linda Jean Bayne Rasmussen of Honea Path; his daughters, Brianne Gray (Zachary) of Wellford and Brooklyn Rasmussen of Hendersonville, NC; his siblings, Mark Rasmussen and Melissa Craigo; his grandchildren, Conner and Everly Gray; his nieces and nephews, Elizabeth Rasmussen, Lilly Craigo, Ashli Rasmussen, Faith Billingsley, Shawn Rasmussen and Austin Hooks; and his great-nephew Rowan Bosworth.

Viewing was held on Monday, April 29th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM and on Tuesday, April 30th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Gray Mortuary (52 Main St, Pelzer, SC 29669). A graveside service was held on Tuesday, April 30th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Woodlawn Memorial Park (1901 Wade Hampton Blvd, Greenville, SC 29615).
