With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Brian Watson of Honea Path, South Carolina, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on March 9, 2025. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley Lamar and Waynelene Ashley Watson. He is survived by: his former wife Shannon Watson of Honea Path; his sons, Slade Mikyah Watson (Kennedy Cobb) of Honea Path and Jase Rivers Watson of Honea Path; his aunts and uncles, Ernestine Boland, Allie Parks, Joe Dean Ashley, Larry Ashley and Greer Ashley; and his friends, Meridith Odom (Matt), Chris Ashley (Brandy), Jager Ferguson and AJ Ferguson (Ashley).
Visitation was held on Saturday, March 15th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Pruitt Funeral Home (603 N Main St, Honea Path, SC 29654). A funeral service was held on Saturday, March 15th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Place Pruitt Funeral Home Chapel, Honea Path Service (603 N Main St, Honea Path, SC 29654). A burial will be held on Saturday, March 22nd 2025 at 4:00 PM at the Memories Cemetery (405 Jim Russell Way, Belton, SC 29627).
In lieu of flowers, the family request memorials be made to Honea Path First Baptist Church – Mission Trip Fund, 100 S. Main St. Honea Path, SC 29654.
