She is survived by: her mother Carolyn Hayes; her husband Calvin West Jr.; her siblings, Peggy Butler (Roger Butler) and Jay Hayes (Carol Hayes); her children, Chris Sailers (Andrea Sailers) and Lorrie Duvall; and her grandchildren, Gage Sailers, Michelle Richard (Mark Richard), Chad Duvall (Brandon Duvall) and Nicholas Duvall.
