He was predeceased by: his parents, James Mills and Blanche Ollielou Crumpton Hall. He is survived by: his cousins, Don Frederick, Wanda Dunkley, William Phillips (Linda) and Barbara Whitworth.
A graveside service will be held on Sunday, October 5th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Garden (1845 US-178, Honea Path, SC 29654).
