He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, John Blander and Nicey Smith Blander; and his children, Tonya Blander (Tracy) of Dallas, TX, Sheila Denise Millour (Laurent) of Naples, FL, Keith Blander (Tracey) of Fayetteville, GA and Louis K. Blander, Jr. of Durham, NC. He was also cherished by seven grandchildren; and two nephews, other relatives and friends.
