We are sad to announce that on December 13, 2025 we had to say goodbye to Mary Vaughan of Honea Path, South Carolina. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
In the sacred silence of farewell, Mary is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that her light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of her loved ones. And as her memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that Mary's spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Tyrus Vaughan and Lula Mae Bell Vaughan; her sister Lula Mae Davis; and her nephew Mark Davis. She is survived by: her siblings, James Heyward Vaughan of Honea Path, Cathy Knight (Joe) of Honea Path and Linda Garrett (Barry) of Honea Path. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews, and numerous great nieces and nephews.
A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, December 16th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Broadmouth Baptist Church (548 Broadmouth Church Rd, Honea Path, SC 29654).
In lieu of flowers memorials should be made to Broadmouth Baptist Church, 543 Broadmouth Church Road, Honea Path, SC 29654.
