She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Cothran and Lola McMillan Cothran; and her siblings, Cary Cothran, Ralph Cothran, Sara Tumblin, Ollie Phillips and Ruby Bozard.
She is survived by: her husband Aaron Gambrell, Jr.; and her son Senator Mike Gambrell (Reene) of Honea Path. She is also survived by nieces and nephews, and numerous friends.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, June 1st 2025 from 1:30 PM to 3:00 PM at the Pruitt Funeral Home (603 N Main St, Honea Path, SC 29654). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, June 1st 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Pruitt Funeral Home Chapel, Honea Path Service (603 N Main St, Honea Path, SC 29654).
