She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Gingrich and Cleo Mersing Gingrich; and her grandson Austin. She is survived by: her spouse Watson Clifton Parks of Samuel Drive; her son Bill Ramsey (Delana McGuire) of Pendleton; her stepson W. Patrick Parks (Renira) of Augusta, GA; her daughters, Kim Johnson of Carleton, GA, Donna Borders of Greenwood, Kathy Campbell (Scott) of Athens, GA and Selma Davis (Larry) of Honea Path; her stepdaughter Debbie Thompson of Graniteville; her brother Norman Phillips (Linda) of Rochester, PA; her grandchildren, Amber, Sophia, Thomas, Steven, Tonya, Clint, Conrad, Delano, Josh and Renee; her great grandchildren, Hunter, Braydon, Hadleigh, James, Jamie, Hayley, Cody, Taylyn, Tucker, Ryker and Emerson; her great great grandchild Hazel; and her pet Toby.
A funeral service was held on Wednesday, May 28th 2025 at 11:00 AM and at 3:00 PM at the Parksville Baptist Church Cemetery (100 S Main St, Honea Path, SC 29654).
