She was predeceased by: her parents, Jasper Johnson and Nettie Elizabeth Bonner Johnson; and her husband Henry Graden Thompson, Jr.. She is survived by: her daughters, Katherine Austin (Wendell) of Belton, SC, Teresa Lynn "Penny" Booth (Fred) of Belton, SC and Jane Johnson (Terry) of Belton, SC; her grandchildren, Nicholas Booth (Laura), Alissia Patterson (Bobby), Jeremy Johnson (Regina), Jonathan Austin and Jamie Johnson (James Brooks); and her great grandchildren, Annabelle Gambrell, Wyatt Gambrell, Aniston Griffin, Lily Johnson and Ella Johnson.
Visitation will be held on Friday, July 18th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:25 PM at the Chiquola Baptist Church (405 E Greer St, Honea Path, SC 29654). A funeral service will be held on Friday, July 18th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
