He was predeceased by : his parents, James Roy and Martha Latimer McMillan; and his grandson Austin McMillan. He is survived by : his wife Marsha Ann Tumblin McMillan; his children, James Timothy McMillan (Jamie) of Honea Path and Brooke Gustafson (Mark) of Charleston, WV; his sister Linda Branyon of Honea Path; his grandchildren, Cole McMillan, Nathan McMillan, Zoey Gustafson and Luke Gustafson; and his great grandchildren, Branson McMillan and Kolbie McMillan.

In lieu of flowers, the family request memorial donations be made to Friendship Fire Department, 1938 Abercrombie Road, Honea Path, SC 29654.
