She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Herrman and Wilma Herrman; and her sisters, Shirley Ann Platt and Estella Josephine Tucker (Jo). She is survived by: her children, Samantha Tobias (Adam) and Andrew Woodburn (Lori); her grandchildren, Hanna Tobias, Haley Tobias, Samuel Tobias and Bodhi Reigns; and her siblings, Mary Jane Duncan (Jeannie), Diane Poston, Linda Herrman-Miller, Richard Herrman, Glenn Herrman and Tony Herrman. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and dear friends.
In lieu of flowers, and in keeping with Debbie's wishes and her loving and giving spirit, memorial donations may be made in Debbie's honor to support her beloved grandson, Bodhi Reigns, who held a very special place in her heart. Contributions may be made through Pine Bluff Baptist Church.
