He is survived by : his spouse Roswitha; his children, Toby Wiggers (Kimberly) and Renae Wiggers Templeton (James); his grandson Tyler; and his siblings, Rachel Perry (Russell), Skip Wiggers (Linda), Richie Wiggers and Marcia Lewis (Brian). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Instead of flowers, Randy would like donations made to St. Luke Lutheran Church in Olympia or to the Humane Society.
