He was predeceased by: his parents, Julian Taylor and Ruth Dyches Taylor; his wife Teresa; his brothers, Donald and Johnny; and his niece Marcey.

He is survived by: his children, Andrew W. Taylor (Brittany) of Huger, SC and Jessica Taylor of North Augusta, SC; his sister Joan Dumont (Roger) of Mount Pleasant, SC; and his grandchildren, Emmie, Tatum and Rocker.
