He is survived by: his siblings, Louis Dickerson, Jr. (Claudia), Geneva Johnson (Jesse), Sonny Dickerson (Velma), Richard Dickerson, James Dickerson (Jennifer), Vernelle Dickerson, Albertha Ward and Rebecca Ellington; and his aunt Anna Mae Howard. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
Viewing was held on Thursday, October 29th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Sr. Memorial Chapel (4129 Highway 17 North, Awendaw, SC 29429). A celebration of life was held on Friday, October 30th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the AME Church (2093 Cainhoy Rd, Huger, SC 29450).
