He was predeceased by: his parents, Betty Cannon (Burdette) and Billy Edward Cannon, Sr.. He is survived by: his son Billy Joel Cannon (Brianna) of Sarasota, Florida; his sisters, Wanda McCall (Brian), Niki Foster and Donna Painter; and his caregiver Joy Cannon.
