He was predeceased by: his parents, Shirley Foster Miller and Billy T. Miller, Sr.; and his sister Shirley Jean. He is survived by: his son Brian Thomas Edgar Miller; his siblings, Karen Miller (Sterling), Richard "Rick" Peak, Darren Butler, Alisa Peak and Ella Walker; his niece Kalin Miller; and his great-nephew Legend Miller. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, and extended family and friends.
