She was predeceased by: her husband Timothy Foley; her parents, John Leberti and Christiana Leberti; her sister Elayne Beaumount; her grandson Malachi Grainger; and her brother-in-law Michael Siniscalchi.
She is survived by: her children, Vincent Foley (Cathrine), Timothy Foley (Aliya), Annemarie Foley (David), Carolyn Foley and Sarah Meara (Thomas); her sisters, Barbara Petti, Christine Siniscalchi and Frances Barger; and her grandchildren, Isaiah, Emily, Quinn, Emil, Chole, Julie and Desmond Connelly.
A memorial service was held on Sunday, May 25th 2025 at 5:00 PM at the Heart Church of Spartanburg, SC (501 Arch St, Spartanburg, SC 29301).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Spartanburg Humane Society, honoring Carol's lifelong love for animals.
