He was predeceased by : his parents, Jeri Baker Collins and Harold Collins. He is survived by : his siblings, Deanna Collins of Boiling Springs, SC and Frank Collins of Spartanburg, SC; and his nephew Jeremy Campbell of Clinton, SC..
