She was predeceased by: her parents, Josephine West (Mahaffey) and Dean Charles Jones; her husband Marshall Skinner; and her sister Karen Suddeth. She is survived by: her son Barry Skinner (Susan); her granddaughter Elizabeth Skinner; and her siblings, Steve West (Tina), Sam West (Janice) and Cathy Parris.
Visitation will be held on Friday, July 25th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 1:45 PM at the Seawright Funeral Home (26 E Main St, Inman, SC 29349). A funeral service will be held on Friday, July 25th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
