He is survived by: his wife Donna Sue Price; his sons, Scott Price and Justin Price; his stepson Richard Lingerfelt; his daughter Kelly Hamilton; his stepdaughter Amber Bollinger; and his sister Pam Clark. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and many other family members and friends.
