With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joseph Mazzone of Inman, South Carolina, born in Worcester, Massachusetts, who passed away on May 10, 2023 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Joseph F. Mazzone Sr. and Madeline I. Nelson Mazzone; and his siblings, Lucille Raskett (Don), Dorothy Collura (Charlie) and Lawrence Mazzone.

He is survived by : his wife Gloria Drawdy Mazzone; his children, Susan Mazzone of Lexington, Sandy Mazzone of Gaston and Joseph Mazzone III (Steven) of Inman; his grandchildren, Tyler, Nikki Owens, Adrian and Madeline Scoggin; his brothers, Michael Mazzone (Betty) of Wolfeboro, NH, Robert Mazzone (Trisha) of Lexington, SC and Anthony Mazzone (Lee) of Banner Elk, NC; and his sister-in-law Sarah Mazzone of Tewksbury, MA..

The family will receive friends beginning at 10:00, and in lieu of flowers, donations can be made in his memory to the Gibbs Cancer and Research Institute in Spartanburg.
