He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie Crenshaw and Ida May Crenshaw (Moss); and his sister Nancy C. McFarlin. He is survived by: his wife Brenda Casey Crenshaw; his children, Allen Crenshaw (Angela) of Spartanburg, Angelene Bailey (Patrick) of Chesnee and Avonda Mitchem (Kelvin) of Moore; his grandchildren, Hailey Mitchem, Casey Crenshaw, Christian Bailey (Taylor), Hayden Mitchem, Kayla Bailey, William Crenshaw (Avery) and Hannah Mitchem; his great grandchildren, Raelynn and Lillie Bailey; his brother Dennis Crenshaw; his close friend Johnny Worthy; and his nieces, Renee Johnson, Tina Ford and Tami Gosnell (Kenneth).
