He was predeceased by: his parents, Louise Hammond Brewer and George Laverne Fullmer. He is survived by: his stepfather Newton Brewer; his sister Kathy Ells of Woodruff; his stepsisters, Denise Gordon of New York and Kerry Richey of Calhoun Falls; and his brothers, Keith Fullmer of Campobello, David Brewer of Inman and Eddie Hammond of New York. He is also survived by four nephews and three nieces.
A memorial service was held on Sunday, September 28th 2025 at 2:00 PM at 605 Brimley Ct, Inman, SC 29349.
