She was predeceased by: her parents, Lettie Mathis (Roddy) and George C. Mathis; her daughter Marcia Yother; and her siblings, Harold Mathis, George Mathis, Jr., Paul Mathis and Margie Mathis Tucker.
She is survived by: her husband James W. Phillips; and her siblings-in-law, Jimmy and Judy Crawley.
A memorial service will be held on Thursday, July 24th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Seawright Funeral Home (26 E Main St, Inman, SC 29349).
