We are sad to announce that on January 29, 2024, Lou Thompson of Inman, South Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Dewitt Laughter and Mary Raines Laughter; her husband Gary Clyde Thompson; her daughters, Donna Kay Fowler and Janet Lou Thompson; and her siblings, Betty Short, Nola Champion, Albert Laughter and Jerry Laughter.

She is survived by : her sons, Allan Thompson (Lisa) and William Thompson (Tina); her siblings, Dwight Laughter, Ruby Fortenberry, Barbara Clontz, Glenda Silvey and Kathy Hall; and her grandchildren, Krystal Isom, Ashley Petty, Shannon Sample, Misty Warren, Jessica Bullman and Brian Thompson. She is also survived by 14 great grandchildren.
