He was predeceased by : his parents, Connie Howard (Ballew) and Green R. Howard; and his wife Ruby Phillips Howard. He is survived by : his sons, Bill (Phyllis), Rick (Karen) and Mark (Darla); his grandchildren, Noelle Darnell (Brian), Kaylee Jouan (Steven) and Kennedy Howard; his great grandchildren, Addison, Peyton and Raelyn Darnell; and his brother Raymond Howard.
