He was predeceased by : his parents, Ruby Fay (Thompson) and Leroy Garrett. He is survived by : his wife Linda Gail Garrett (Ford); his children, Angela Garrett Helms (Joey) and Ronald Scott Garrett (Stephanie); his grandchildren, Justin Garrett Helms, Cameron Helms Belue (Cody), Lucas Scott Garrett, Peyton Jude Garrett and Cason Blake Garrett; and his great grandchildren, Madyson Helms, Makenna Helms, Jaxon Belue, Brynlie Belue, Paul and Vicki Cannon.
