In the vast expanse of eternity, Roy shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Roy farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Jessie Owens and Dean Rhymer; his siblings, Jerry, Nathan Rhymer and Christel Owens; and his nieces and nephews, Nicole (Drew), Cheyenne (Jason), Jerred (Kristin), Jamie (Jonathan), Roy and Chelsey. He was also cherished by three uncles, one aunt, many cousins, and a wide circle of close friends.

In lieu of flowers the family ask that you send donations to the American Diabetes Association or the American Heart Association.
