Ruby McDowell Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ruby McDowell of Inman, South Carolina, who passed away on January 25, 2024, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Ruby McDowell to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by : her parents, George Russell and Bessie Russell (Wilson); her husband Joseph L. McDowell Jr.; and her siblings, Billy Russell and Dot Russell.

She is survived by : her daughters, Phyllis Howard (Bill) and Beverly Stokes (David); her grandsons, Michael Stokes (Sarah) and Joseph Stokes; and her great grandchildren, Emma Grace and Lily.
