He was predeceased by : his parents, Mattie Kate Seay High and William Toy High; and his siblings, William High and Betty Rhodes. He is survived by : his spouse Laylous Ruth Dover High; his daughter Tammy Belcher (William) of Campobello; his grandchildren, Mackenzie Tillinghast, Cory and Addison Neidlinger (P. J.); and his great grandchildren, Maverick and Willow.
