She was predeceased by: her father Rocky Howard. She is survived by: her sons, Nehemiah Stephens, Elijah Stephens and Isaiah Stephens; and her siblings, Shawn Binion, Dennis Halusker Jr. and Hannah Halusker. She is also survived by one granddaughter and many other family members.
