He is survived by: his wife Cynthia Dunn Shockley; his daughters, Tarah Shockley Shafer (Berry) and Jerrica Shockley Pruitt (Paco); his brother David Shockley; and his grandchildren, Brantlei Shafer, Brayden Shafer, Aspen Pruitt, Brecken Pruitt and Denver Pruitt.
